I find endless inspiration in the North Devon coast, from its dramatic cliffs, bustling harbours, sweeping sea views, and an array of textures in the land. Living close to Ilfracombe I see, with each storm and shifting tide, the relentless erosion that threatens this stunning coastline. My work is not just a celebration of these landscapes but also a call to awareness—a reminder that these coastlines are not permanent and must be protected. Verity (Damien Hirst) being the harbour's protector.
