Folding fork

This folding fork consists of two parts, a Damascus handle/spring and mirror polished 01 tines. It was inspired by medieval travelling cutlery and modern “blacksmiths” knives. It’s a rather whimsical object made for the joy of making rather than as part of a larger narrative. That being said, getting the Damascus to actually ‘spring’ was a trying experience so perhaps ‘joy’ isn’t quite the right word.
