Resonance

This cabinet was built to house a high-end HiFi system from the ‘70s. It was designed for maximum rigidity to prevent unwanted resonances in the system. Crafted from solid utile, the cabinet features a continuous grain pattern flowing seamlessly over the sides and top. The structure was built with precision-cut and decorative mitred dovetails, along with interlocking sliding dovetails to eliminate any movement across the wide pieces of wood, ensuring its longevity for generations to come.
