Birdfeeder by Saarim
“I got the grass material as it looks like nature for the birds. The stick is so they can stand and get inside. I put the plastic tray for water, birds need a drink too”

Saarim making Birdfeeder Birdfeeder by Saarim
Learner Statement:
I wanted to make a bird feeder as I like feeding the birds. I think plastic was a good idea to use as its strong and waterproof. I chose the grass material to make it camouflaged and fit in the environment the stick helps the bird to get to the food. Its good to use old things to make new different things it makes the world a better place to live. Its so good that lots of art people are making things from the rubbish. I want to make more things, I’m going to ask my mum to help me collect rubbish in my street with the grabber and we can make things for my garden, more bird feeders and houses. I'd like to make things from old toys too like the artist I saw on the photos. If I did my project again I would make a bird house. I love to make things with my hands and different materials it makes me happy I could do it all day everyday. - Saarim
