‘ONE A DAY, EVERY DAY’ is two books in one – From one side, it is your ‘Handbook’ where you can embark on your own daily practice. There is one page for you to use each day for one year - to draw, to write, to document. Reverse the book and from the other side, the book shares my daily practice – there is an introduction to my creative practice followed by my first year’s ‘daily stitch drawings’ where I created a small daily piece of art that reflected my mood and emotions.
