IN THE LAP OF NATURE
Inspired by the wisteria blues that bring back nostalgic memories of home from the land of living root bridges that intertwines with ripple movements and water falls into crystal pools.This project weaves these elements into tactile and visual narrative into the rug design. Using the back strap loom, to challenge the conventional rug-making. By incorporating diverse natural materials to develop the surface to create textures that not only elevate the space but also invite touch and interaction.
