The spatial divides are constructed using a double-cloth construction. The spatial divides focus on subtle material use and textural sensitivity, exploring rhythmic movement over large surface areas. They are semi-transparent and double-sided, allowing for the opportunity to achieve quite a different effects and atmosphere from one side of a space to the other.
The exhibition organised by the Crafts Council was held at the Crafts Council Gallery, Pentonville Road, London, from the 19 June to 3 August 2003.
Materials: monofilament, reed, enamelled copper, paper yarn, chenille.
