Back Toward Oneness
In the summer of 2024, Moledina was commissioned by Modern Art Oxford to engage with The Date Palm Tree, a group of approximately 350 Muslim mothers, carers, and children based in Oxford. The workshops focused on the story of Maryam and Isa (a.s.) (Mary and Jesus), a narrative that celebrates motherhood and womanhood – important themes within the Date Palm Group’s mission. The resulting co-created works were exhibited at Modern Art Oxford between January to March 2025
